We also record the page you submitted from and how you arrived (referring site and campaign tags). When you call, the call may be logged with the number, time and duration, and may be recorded where permitted, for quality and to route it.

Like most websites, we use analytics (such as Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager) that collect device, browser and usage information through cookies or similar technology. We do not send your name, phone, email or message to analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to an independent remodeling contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don't sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.

We also use information to operate and improve the site, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use providers to host the site, process form submissions, handle calls and measure traffic. They process information on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention and security
